THE GOOD REVIEWS HIDE WHAT REALLY GOES ON AT THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ASK THEIR CUSTOMERS TO POST AMAZING REVIEWS AFTER EVERY PURCHASE BEFORE YOU EVEN GET TO DECIDE FOR YOURSELF IF IT WAS WORTH IT OR NOT!! I WAS EVEN OFFERED COMPENSATION FOR IF I WAS WILLING TO REMOVE MY BAD REVIEW. That’s how far they’re willing to go to fool the unknowing public. Stream Auto Outlet will have you running in circles trying to figure out what’s going on. They will answer all of your questions with as nice of an attitude as possible to get you to trust them and feel comfortable. Most of their answers will be either them trying to stall or just blatant lies for who knows what reason. Please do your own research people on what APR is fair for your credit score. They tried to raise what should have been my buy rate by ~5% or more. After a week of going back and forth I was able to go from the purchase price to an offer of almost 700$ off, as well as getting my battery replaced(it was really old), and they were willing to lower the first APR they offered me by 2.5%. All this after stating they refuse to de either one of these in a firm and egotistical manner, while smiling in your face. They PREY on the DESPERATE and IGNORANT customer. Have a mechanic come and perform a pre purchase inspection or do so yourself if you know how. After giving them chance after chance after chance to do things right, I ended up not purchasing from here after one of their salesmen(Wilner) claimed that there was no manager or finance manager available to do the financing and that they will be in early the next day. Then a different salesman(Juan) claimed 5 minutes later that the paperwork will be sent over to me soon by a finance manager and that his manager will contact me only after I mentioned I had another deal in place and will be considering that one since it shouldn’t be hard to replace a battery with a new one and send over clear evidence that it was done. If they can’t take you for a fool they won’t bother taking your deal serious and prioritizing it. Doesn’t matter how serious a buyer you are. Good luck and god bless anyone who decides to come to this circus of a dealership :). You’ll be better off anywhere else where they take everyone’s time and finances serious.
